Coffee House/Under 21 Club

Purpose/Objective: Provide a safe drug/alcohol/tobacco free, comfortable, homey atmosphere where kids could hang out after school until 10 PM and that could double as a club on the weekends where bands could play, there would be open mike, etc. until 1 AM.

Description: This project would 1) assess whether there is teen support for a drug/alcohol free space possibly through questionnaires through the school 2) determine a possible location 3) determine if the coffee house/under 21 club is financially sustainable 4) if outcomes are favorable lead the effort establish it

Audience: High school age
